Work & Pay Tampa, FL - Hybrid work environment Salary range: $100,000–$120,000 , plus performance bonus Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and professional development What You’ll Do Own and optimize the HRIS platform, UKG, Paycom, or Rippling Support implementations, testing, go‑lives, and ongoing system enhancements Lead data migration and HRIS onboarding for acquired entities Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and finance systems Build reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and leadership What We’re Looking For 5–7+ years of HRIS or people systems experience Hands‑on experience with UKG , Paycom, or Rippling Experience supporting HRIS implementations, migrations, or upgrades Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits data Advanced Excel and reporting skills
