SUMMARY: - Provide the full range of HR support to one of the company’s manufacturing plants - Strategic and hands-on role - Work closely with the plant leadership team - Coach/mentor a small HR team

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Manufacturing industry experience is required
• Bachelor’s Degree
