GROWING Financial Services company is looking to add an HR Specialist to their HR department to help enhance the experiences of their employees and optimize workflows. SUMMARY: - Key focus of the role is to manage and enhance the employee experience at the company - Will be working on a wide range of projects and processes to help optimize workflows using the latest technologies to solve business challenges, and performing tasks related to the employee life cycle and experience (i.e., compensation analysis/reporting, internal mobility processes, employee perks, etc.).
