The Sr HR Analyst Compensation will play a critical role on the Global Total Rewards team and is accountable for translating compensation data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include supporting the business on compensation-related requests, including job evaluations, offers, analyses and other related requests as needed and assigned, as well as job matching, benchmarking survey submissions and results analyses. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation, particularly as a partner to the business and job matching, and a strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, data analysis techniques, and relevant regulations (ex: Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Minimum Wage).
