Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Related Field (Required)
  • Human resources
  • Experience In Lieu of Education: Related Field

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs to support business needs, including competitive analysis, internal impact analysis, cost projections, implementation strategies, and strong communication with business partners and managers.
  • Assist with compensation projects such as market adjustments, reorganizations, acquisition analysis and large market research projects.
  • Audit, analyze and improve upon current compensation philosophy and pay practices.
  • Responsible for participating in compensation surveys, completing and maintaining job documentation and perform job analysis.
  • Conducts job evaluation and review of new and/or existing roles.
