The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive market. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Senior Leadership to ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations.
