As a Sr Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of enterprise solutions (hardware, software, and third-party products) across Pyxis Medication, Pharmacy, and Supply platforms for Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) and broader Product Management initiative , driving strategy , execution , and cross functional alignment for the Pyxis Supply Portfolio to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient care and business outcomes . Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, healthcare field, information management, data science or related field
  • Must have experience working in a Global role within Life Sciences (e.g., healthcare, medical devices).
  • At least 7 years of experience in product management AND at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • At least 5 years of experience with data systems, business intelligence reporting, and data analytics software (e.g., Advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, Alteryx, SAP, SFDC).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute product and portfolio strategies integrating customer insights and market analysis to drive innovation and growth.
  • Developed and implemented go-to market strategies , including launch planning , sales enablement, and marketing communications
  • Experienced in leading and managing the full product lifecycle, including successful product launches and end-of-life transitions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar)
  • Experience managing third-party OEM suppliers
  • Experience managing software and hardware from inception to end-of-life.
  • Commercial experience bringing products to market and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company and business unit goals.
  • Lead market and user research to identify unmet needs, market opportunities, and competitive trends.
  • Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans.
  • Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and resource constraints.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and development through launch, growth, maturity, and retirement.
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch planning, sales enablement, and customer training.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
  • Serve as the central point of communication for all product-related matters, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentor and coach junior product managers as appropriate and contribute to the continuous improvement of product management practices.
  • Manage all aspects and activities from an End to End lifecycle management of the cross-platform lifecycle, focusing on data systems, business intelligence reporting, and data analytics and Pricing Strategy as they interact with manufacturing, compliance, security, product compatibility, order management, supply chain management, and customer relationship management.
  • Lead projects and priorities related to a product’s lifecycle in support of enterprise frameworks, optimizing in-market solution value, customer compliance, and the overall customer experience.
  • Implement industry best practices for PLM functionality and development, aligning systems engineering, product portfolio management, marketing, pricing and supply chain management.
  • Make recommendations to achieve sustainable and repeatable PLM processes and frameworks.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with complex multidisciplinary teams across all functions within the organization to ensure successful sustaining and retirement of products.
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and long-term strategy that aligns with organizational goals and market opportunities.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that strategic decisions are grounded in deep market and user insights.
  • Inspire, align, and empower cross-functional teams to execute on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead the evaluation and prioritization of growth initiatives, including new product launches, market expansions, strategic partnerships, and PLCM initiatives.
  • Measure success through revenue growth, market share, customer retention, and satisfaction.
