Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems (Oracle experience a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
