About The Position

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or a related analytical finance role.
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a remote setting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fintech, crypto, consumer finance, or high-growth technology companies, and familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Looker, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting cycles, variance analysis, and financial reporting to provide accurate, timely business insights.
• Build, maintain, and enhance scalable financial models supporting strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Drive annual planning processes, headcount forecasting, and multi-scenario financial analyses.
• Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align business priorities with financial targets and accountability.
• Strengthen financial operations through spend management, vendor evaluation, and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with accounting teams on monthly close, accruals, and data accuracy.
• Conduct deep-dive strategic analyses to support investment decisions, prioritization, and long-term growth planning.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership reviews, board discussions, and key stakeholder presentations.
• Improve financial workflows, reporting automation, and analytics tooling to enhance efficiency and scalability.
