This is a high-visibility position supporting the HEYDUDE brand’s fast-growing Digital Channel, which includes HEYDUDE.com and Marketplaces.What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
  • Proven expertise in developing analytical models.
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA a plus.
  • Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee essential reporting responsibilities, including taking charge of daily sales and KPI reports and conducting detailed analyses.
  • Provide business insights during monthly closing procedures by performing variance analysis and working with accounting to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist the delivery of monthly presentations that highlight financial results and key drivers.
  • Support all aspects of FP&A activity including long-range planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial performance reviews.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions.
  • Participate in cross functional projects and be a valued business partner, providing data led insights to influence and lead to better decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team with a natural urgency to drive results.
  • Develop and manage master data sets and financial models key to delivering efficient analysis.
