Cosmetics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles within consumer products, retail, or beauty.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Vena, Power BI, Tableau, TABS, NetSuite, SAP, or similar tools preferred
  • Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and collaborate across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the company’s annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Support the monthly close by analyzing sales, gross margin, and key variances versus forecast and prior periods.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand drivers of performance, including pricing, promotions, product mix, and channel dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
  • Continuously improve forecasting tools, processes, and reporting efficiency.
  • Support LEAN cost savings initiatives by working with business partners to understand opportunities, model options and propose actions.
  • Other ad hoc projects, as assigned.
