• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting calendars for the consolidated company, coordinating with all business units and corporate functions to meeting monthly and quarterly deadlines • Support monthly expense reviews and variance analysis across functional departments. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on expense trends and risks • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost management. Drive process improvements in expense tracking and reporting systems • Create and utilize automated tools for updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results • Collaborate across variety of groups at Topgolf, including executive leadership and business unit contacts • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and cost optimization efforts QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field Progressive experience (4+ yrs) in finance, with a focus on FP&A Strong experience in utitiziling Anaplan; certification in Anaplan modeling a plus Expert-level Excel and Powerpoint skills Excellent written and oral communication Prior hospitality or retail industry experience preferred but not required Experience in SAP, SQL, Power BI a plus Comfortable working with executives. Self-starter, analytical and detail-oriented with a strong business acumen CRITICAL SKILLS Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts. Ability to analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful insights Technical Proficiency: Proficient in financial planning and analysis tools and systems, including Anaplan. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial reporting tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Results Oriented & Continuous Improvement: Results oriented with high regard for accuracy and quality while balancing timelines. Excellent project management skills to meet deadlines.
