About The Position

As a member of the Aeronautics Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in delivering financial analysis and reporting support to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Serving as the primary Aeronautics point of contact for financial supplemental schedules—including orders and backlog—you will ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and submission of key financial data. This is a high-visibility role that supports senior leadership through advanced financial analysis, data visualization, and executive-level presentations. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working under pressure. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Aero FP&A.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience using Analytical skills
  • Experience communicating both verbal and written
  • 3+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Aeronautics point of contact for tracking, reporting, submission, and support of financial supplemental schedules, including orders and backlog.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting support to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review, approve, and establish new ground-rule requests from each Line of Business.
  • Perform advanced financial analysis, pulling and validating data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop charts, reports, and presentation materials to support briefings to senior leadership.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, including non-standard work hours as needed.
