About The Position

This requisition supports two parallel leadership opportunities within the F-22 portfolio: one leading F-22 Modernization Program Finance and the other leading F-22 Sustainment Program Finance, with each role reporting to a separate Senior Manager. In either role, you will lead a team of program finance professionals responsible for the day-to-day financial execution of your respective portfolio. You will play a critical role in ensuring strong financial performance through disciplined planning, forecasting, and reporting, while delivering accurate, data-driven insights that inform program strategy and executive decision-making. This is a high-visibility leadership position that partners closely with program leadership, functional organizations, and senior stakeholders to drive financial performance across complex, mission-critical programs. You are a strategic and experienced finance leader with a strong background in program financial management and a proven ability to lead teams in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, with the ability to develop and manage program Estimates at Completion (EACs) and long-range financial plans. You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, able to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making. You are also a strong communicator who can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including program leadership and senior executives. Known for your collaborative leadership style, you build strong partnerships across functional teams and create an environment that supports team development and high performance. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and driving results, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial discipline. Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college
  • Experience with SAP, Deltek, or similar business systems
  • Experience with Long Range Planning, contractual documents and requirements, Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Financial Controls
  • Experience with Lockheed Martin CSR process
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with contract and proposal processes, including various contract types (e.g., FPIF, CPIF, FFP)
  • Experience with US Government reporting requirements (e.g., CPR, IPMR, CFSR)
  • Knowledge of Earned Value (EV) applications and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
  • Graduate of a Leadership Development Program (FLDP, ALDP, and/or FLA)
  • Experience with program management, including program execution and control
  • Experience with change management and process improvement
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Prior leadership experience (either direct line or matrixed)
  • Experience leading and developing EPP packages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of program finance analysts, overseeing day-to-day financial activities and ensuring strong execution across the F-22 portfolio.
  • Own program financial performance, including the development, maintenance, and execution of Estimates at Completion (EACs) and leadership of the Long Range Plan (LRP) process.
  • Oversee budget development, manpower forecasting, and financial planning activities to ensure alignment with program and business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow, supporting monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
  • Integrate financial data across multiple systems and functional areas to deliver consolidated analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with program management, operations, and other stakeholders to support program execution, capture strategy, and contract closeout activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, forecasting accuracy, and reporting capabilities across the F-22 enterprise.
