With over 100 locations, Sono Bello is the largest and fastest-growing cosmetic surgery practice in the nation. Sono Bello, a national leader in cosmetic surgery with over 120 locations across the U.S., is seeking a data-driven Senior FP&A Analyst to help propel our continued expansion. This pivotal role partners closely with finance and executive leadership to deliver actionable insights that guide critical decisions across all functions. The Senior FP&A Analyst will lead key aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical problem solver with exceptional attention to detail, strong financial systems expertise, and the ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, or CFA, preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles, ideally within high-growth or multi-location environments and both smaller and larger organizations.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical techniques.
  • Bonus and payroll experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering financial insights to senior executives.
  • Expertise in financial planning systems such as Adaptive Insights, Planful, and BI tools such as Power Bi.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with four-wall EBITDA a plus.
  • Experience supporting PE-backed organizations or the healthcare/cosmetic services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Bonus Management Lead the full-cycle bonus incentive process, executing complex monthly bonus calculations for sales representatives while ensuring strict adherence to diverse compensation plans.
  • Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to conduct monthly bonus reviews, ensuring accuracy and addressing compensation related inquiries.
  • Manage the bonus adjustment and dispute process, performing root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and implementing corrections to maintain payroll integrity.
  • Partner with the Accounting team to calculate and record monthly accruals, ensuring all entries align with GAAP and internal audit controls.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead components of the company’s budgeting and long-term strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated, dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and long-range forecasting.
  • Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities to drive improved decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews and board-level financial presentations.
  • Business & Financial Analysis: Provide actionable insights into revenue, expenses, profitability, operational efficiency, assets, liabilities, equity, and cash flow.
  • Perform deep-dive financial and operational analyses to uncover trends and recommend optimizations.
  • Partner with department leaders to align financial goals with operational plans and business priorities.
  • Build ROI analyses for strategic initiatives including new markets, products, or capital expenditures.
  • Support investor and lender requests, ensuring compliance with financial covenants and requirements.
  • Contribute to enterprise and equity valuations to support fundraising, M&A activity, and investor relations.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support critical business.
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate options under varying market conditions.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs to track, visualize, and communicate company performance.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Champion automation and process improvement initiatives across financial planning and reporting functions.
  • Optimize financial systems and tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Acumatica, Excel) to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to improving forecasting and reporting methodologies and ensuring data integrity.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and financial ownership across the organization.
  • Contribute to refining training and tools to improve financial literacy and empower business partners with data-driven insights.
