The Senior Finance Analyst plays a critical role in delivering complex financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position is responsible for developing advanced financial models, performing in-depth risk assessments, and providing insights into financial performance and business health. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, contributes to financial policy development, and leads high-impact financial initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate financial insights to leadership. This is a hybrid position that will sit at our manufacturing production site in Dubois, PA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for leadership
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risk, and support strategic decision-making

Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning
- Monitor and track key financial metrics and KPIs
- Financial Reporting Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data
- Communicate financial results and insights to management and stakeholders
- Identify, analyze, and report on variances and trends
- Cost Management Review and analyze expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies
- Design and implement cost reduction strategies
- Monitor and track cost-saving initiatives
- Budget Management Support the development and management of annual budgets
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations
- Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and regulations
- Financial Systems & Processes Maintain and enhance financial systems and processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Financial Projects Lead and support financial projects and strategic initiatives
- Conduct financial analysis to assess project feasibility and return on investment (ROI)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Provide project updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership
