About The Position

Provide financial oversight and reporting support for consolidated and unconsolidated joint ventures across assigned markets.
Lead the monthly close process, partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Review reconciliations, account activity, and financial workpapers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned markets, managing all joint venture activity and related inquiries.
Contribute to financial analysis, special projects, and ongoing operational initiatives to support performance and decision making.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
