About The Position

Fabletics is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. How do you fit in? The Senior Financial Analyst sits at the center of the company’s liquidity and capital visibility. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will own the global short and long-term balance sheet and cash forecasting process, partnering closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and senior leadership. Your work will directly inform executive decision making, Board discussions, and strategic planning. This is a high impact role for someone who enjoys building robust models, improving processes, and translating complex financial data into clear insights. You will have both ownership and visibility, with room to modernize how forecasting and reporting are done as the business continues to scale. What success looks like: Leadership relies on your forecasts to make cash and capital decisions. Forecasts are accurate, timely, and clearly explained. Processes are efficient, well controlled, and scalable. You are viewed as a subject matter expert in cash flow and balance sheet forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Significant experience preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses in a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining sophisticated financial models.
  • Experience supporting executive and Board level reporting.
  • Understanding of GAAP and how accounting activity flows through the balance sheet and statement of cash flows.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop well-reasoned conclusions.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable operating under pressure in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Self-directed and motivated to continuously improve processes and skills.

  • Experience using AI or automation tools to improve forecasting and reporting efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of the global short-term and long-term balance sheet and cash forecasting process across all entities along with covenant compliance forecasting and reporting.
  • Development and maintenance of integrated balance sheet and cash flow models, with a focus on liquidity, working capital, and forecast accuracy.
  • Executive and Board level reporting packages, including recurring decks and ad hoc analyses that support decision making.
  • Daily global cash tracking and consolidation, including coordination with international teams and translation into USD and reporting to executive management.
  • Deep variance analysis between actual results and forecasts, including root cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Integration of budgets, reforecasts, and inventory planning assumptions through close partnership with FP&A.
  • Scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives, financing activity, and due diligence requests.
  • Own the timely preparation and coordination of investor related financial communications.
  • Identification and execution of automation and process improvement opportunities to increase scalability and reduce manual work.
  • Cross functional partnership with FP&A, Accounting, Planning, AP, Legal, and senior finance leadership on time sensitive initiatives.
