Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance
  • Four or more years Finance or Business experience
  • Advanced Excel knowledge – comfortable transforming large data sets into insights
  • Strong analytical acumen to identify and analyze emerging business trends
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver outcomes
  • Curious and self-motivated to dig in and identify new strategic insights
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external forces, identifying risks and opportunities to influence actions for better financial outcomes
  • Develop key weekly, monthly and quarterly insights of enterprise sales, margin and inventory outcomes in support of Commercial performance management routines
  • Develop driver-based digital sales forecast, connecting commercial expectations with partner building blocks to enable proactive business management
  • Work cross functionally with leaders across merchandising, digital, finance, and the broader organization to inform and develop insights leveraged by senior leaders
  • Provide ad hoc decision-making support for strategic initiatives and special projects
