The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key financial partner for the expanded distribution workstream, driving financial planning, analysis, and process maturity as the program moves from implementation to steady-state operations. This includes developing and refining financial models, establishing sustainable financial processes, and supporting future growth opportunities by providing strategic financial insights to enable scalability and profitability. In addition, the SFA will contribute to the enterprise-wide transformation initiative by tracking financial progress, monitoring KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to senior leaders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and clear, influential communication across cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or Accounting

Responsibilities

• Perform business, financial, and operations analysis to support senior management decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional finance teams, communicate accurate financial projections and provide the vital level of detail to explain variance analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to facilitate strategic and tactical decision making across various departments.
• Complete monthly reporting process and raise any known forecast risk and ops to cross functional partners.
• Adhere to deadlines within the internal projections cadence (end of month process, mid-month Risk/Opportunity updates).
• Analyze trends and other business initiatives.
• Find opportunities for continuous improvement in functional work, reporting and standard operating procedures.
• Interface with CFO and other senior management
