As a Senior Experience Designer at Venmo, you'll craft end-to-end experiences for millions of users worldwide. Working closely with product and engineering partners, you'll help inform strategy, shape the roadmap, and drive execution to deliver seamless, intuitive financial experiences. This role demands a seasoned designer with a deep commitment to user-centered design—someone who can blend strategic thinking with high-quality execution to build trust and security within our financial products. This role sits on the Consumer Financial Services (CFS) design team, which is responsible for Venmo's money management features, including Venmo Balance, deposits, automated money tools, Crypto, Teen accounts, and financial products like the Venmo Debit and Credit Cards. We work adjacent to the Core Experiences and Business Profiles teams, collaborating with researchers and content designers within Venmo’s XD organization to deliver innovative and user-friendly financial solutions. The CFS teams shapes Venmo’s financial ecosystem, delivering visually sophisticated experiences that resonate with our users. You'll leverage design patterns, advocate for best practices, and influence stakeholders to champion your vision—all while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in digital finance.
