Your role: We are seeking an experienced and highly resourceful Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to the Vice President, Global Commercial Excellence, and secondary support to a senior leader in training. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and excels at managing complex priorities with discretion and efficiency. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working in and being part of a team.
  • Enabling a group to perform at a high level.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the maturity to represent senior leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proven ability to work independently, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with training systems or Learning Management Systems is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize requests, schedule meetings, and coordinate workflows for the VP.
  • Handle communications with professionalism—emails, calls, messages—and respond or triage appropriately as well as the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sound judgment at all times.
  • Consolidate, prepare, and edit executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel/support the preparation of training reports, dashboards, and feedback summaries.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Organize leadership and functional meetings, including agenda planning, logistics, and follow-up tracking.
  • Help schedule and follow training activities and onboarding sessions.
