CGI is seeking an Sr. ERP HRM Consultant (CGI Advantage) to join our team! We are looking for candidates with over 10 years of hands-on experience with HRM modules (Position Control, Payroll, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits/Deductions), Budgeting and ERP systems. Ideally, candidates should have experience in system configuration and client implementation, as well as consulting or system implementation experience with HR ERP solutions such as SAP, Workday or PeopleSoft. Location : Fairfax, VA | Dallas/Belton, TX | Denver, CO | Knoxville, TN | Lafayette, LA | Henderson, NV Hybrid : (2–3 days/week onsite at one of the listed CGI office locations) Your future duties and responsibilities: How you’ll make an impact Partner with client delivery teams with the implementation of the Human Resource Management (HRM) components of CGI Advantage ERP solution within the public sector. Prioritize initiatives based on the business needs and requirements Bring expertise in HRM including but not limited to Position Control, Payroll, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits/Deductions Expertise in consulting or system implementation, HR ERP solutions (like Workday or Peoplesoft). Collaborate closely with clients and co-workers to document business processes/requirements for HRM activities, recommend process improvements, configure the HRM application for client use, and test the application configuration Responsible for providing status reports to project managers and monitor the timely completion of scheduled tasks Balance attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • 10 + years of experience configuring and/or managing ERP HRM applications
  • 7 + years in consulting or system implementation, HR ERP solutions (like SAP, Workday, Peoplesoft).
  • Ability to identify how changes to configuration and software within the HRM module of the Advantage HRM application will impact downstream functionality
  • Ability to assess requirements vs. baseline system offerings to identify and document fits versus gaps within the new application
  • Develop/maintain test plans, conduct system testing, and document results
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work closely with clients
  • Must be able to effectively juggle multiple, often competing, priorities and clients
  • Solid tracking and prioritization skills a must
  • Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, professional in all situations (including high stress)
  • Ability to work in non-conventional environment with virtual team spanning time zones across the country and in India.
  • Ability to Travel to client site as needed
  • Experience working with public sector clients highly desired
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
  • Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access – Or Equivalent MS Visio (recommended)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting state and local government payroll implementations
  • Experience with large-scale, public sector ERP deployments
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
