Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in primary and related technical domains, adept with a range of technologies.

  • 4 Year Bachelors BS degree AND 4+ years equivalent experience
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Responsibilities

  • Application Maintenance: Fully proficient with application software and associated operator interface/HMI software to support test setups, debug recommendations, and software changes.
  • Advanced Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves intricate technical challenges by analyzing multiple information sources and applying innovative solutions.
  • Application Processes: Supports the commercial group in proposal creation, technical support of commercial offers, and customer presentations. Creates product specifications, software and application literature for Minor Scope Projects/Systems.
  • Project Management: Leads small to medium sized engineering projects, coordinating resources and timelines to achieve project objectives.
  • Technical Leadership: Guides the design and implementation of complex application systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
  • Mentorship and Support: Acts as a resource for junior engineers, providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance team expertise.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Skilled in creating, maintaining and adhering to accurate technical requirements, documentation and records.
  • Applying Standards: Working knowledge of standards and the ability to apply complex groupings of standards into projects.
