As a Sr. Employee Relations Advisor in manufacturing, you will: Conduct timely, thorough, and objective investigations into employee relations and compliance allegations, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, and other potential HR or Compliance policy violations. Develop comprehensive investigation plans, including identifying key witnesses, gathering relevant documentation, and conducting interviews. Prepare detailed and well-written investigation reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout the investigation process. Collaborate closely with Chief Counsel Regional Compliance & Ethics, HR People Leads, Legal Counsel, and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate resolution of employee relations issues Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation and conflict resolution. Stay up to date on relevant employment laws and regulations. Identify trends and patterns in employee relations issues and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future occurrences. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on topics such as harassment prevention, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct. Maintain accurate and organized investigation records.
