Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
8–10 years in People Operations, HR Generalist, HR Compliance, or Employee Relations.
Strong investigative skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; workflow tools experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct fair and timely employee relations investigations and provide actionable recommendations.
Manage and optimize HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, compensation actions).
Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
