This position primarily focuses on Employee Relations, while also supporting key compliance areas such as leave administration, unemployment, and workers compensation. You will handle a wide range of workplace matters, helping ensure fair and consistent application of company policies while supporting a positive employee experience. We are looking for someone with sound judgment, strong decision-making skills, and a genuine interest in growing within the HR field. Reporting to the HR Compliance Manager, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. You will use digital tools and practical solutions to deliver efficient, high quality HR support to multiple business units.
