This role is ideal for an HR or labor relations professional with hands-on ER experience who enjoys partnering with leaders, supporting employees, and resolving workplace concerns with empathy and sound judgement. The successful candidate will counsel with the Employee Relations Manager to provide advice to the business that supports efficient operations while remaining attentive to employee needs and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and employment laws. Tact, diplomacy, knowledge, relevant experience, and the ability to multi-task are keys to the success of this role.
