This role will support the deployment and management of safety training programs for operations associates and leadership globally. As a Sr. Program Manager, you will work across teams to collaborate, generate buy-in, develop and execute to a plan. You will drive the expansion and growth of our global safety training programs, scaling globally. You will play a crucial role in devising strategies, fostering partnerships, and executing initiatives to enhance the program's reach and impact. This entails serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders in coordinating and managing strategic, cross-functional, and business-critical programs and projects. The ideal candidate excels in crafting large-scale global training program strategies, encompassing training design, roadmaps, gap analyses, financial planning, communication, and launch plans in a dynamic and diverse business environment. Effective communication and program management skills are essential, enabling you to manage multiple competing priorities and coordinate work across teams. The successful candidate will be proficient at working with data to identify trends, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively define plans to realize these opportunities. To be successful in this role, the candidate will effectively multitask and prioritize, utilize data to encourage decisions, and maintain a high level of independence.
