The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital is seeking a Senior Donor Events Coordinator to orchestrate events from start to finish. Responsibilities

  • Plans, secures, orients and supports appropriate staff and volunteers to fulfill Foundation events.
  • Coordinates solicitation activities of volunteers and staff related to the event.
  • Ensures appropriate procedures are in place to identify, cultivate, process, acknowledge and track event donations, auction items and sponsorships.
  • Coordinates contacts, transmits data, reviews correspondence and reports, and provides general guidance to gift processing function.
  • Collaborates with Foundation and hospital marketing staff and external vendors to promote events through all appropriate media.
  • Measures and evaluates effectiveness of events.
