ADP is seeking a Divisional Vice President, Global Sales Transformation and Growth. The DVP, Global Sales Transformation and Growth is a senior strategic leader responsible for fueling top-line growth and driving commercial performance across ADP’s Global Sales organization. Reporting to the President of Global Sales, this role works closely with the SVP of Worldwide Commercial Operations, the Sales CFO, the Head of HR, and the Head of Sales Strategy. It accelerates high-impact strategic projects, ensuring accountability while uncovering growth and cost-saving opportunities in partnership with Strategy, Operations, and senior leaders. This leader will serve as a catalyst for translating ADP’s strategic vision into measurable sales impact. They will identify emerging opportunities across markets, channels, and client segments, while simplifying sales processes, elevating capabilities, and embedding a culture of performance and growth globally.
