About The Position

You will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of CEA CAPA’s unified digital ecosystem — spanning web, ecommerce, marketing technology, and analytics. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Director of Web, Marketing Technology & Analytics plays a critical leadership role in shaping how students and institutional partners engage with CEA CAPA across every digital touchpoint. This transformation-focused role will consolidate seven legacy websites into a single scalable platform, modernize ecommerce capabilities, strengthen Salesforce and marketing automation integrations, and build the analytics foundation that drives measurable growth. You will translate business strategy into digital systems, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver performance improvements across the enrollment funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading web strategy, digital transformation, or marketing technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience building or significantly redesigning large-scale web and ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/CX principles and digital journey design.
  • Experience integrating web platforms with Salesforce and marketing automation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical execution.
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
