Sr Director Strategic Planning
About The Position
As a Senior Director Strategic Planning here at Honeywell, you will lead critical strategic initiatives and support long-term growth through rigorous analysis, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will shape strategy development and execution by leading annual and multi-year planning cycles, tracking performance and key initiatives, coordinating stakeholder input, and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. You will report to the SVP & Chief Strategy Officer and work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
