About The Position

As a Senior Director Strategic Planning here at Honeywell, you will play a
crucial role in driving Honeywell's strategic initiatives and long-term growth.

In this role, you will impact comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction,
alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder
engagement, decision support, innovation, communication, budget management,
cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance
improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage. You will play a
critical role in ensuring that strategic plans are not only formulated but
effectively implemented to drive the organization's success and long-term growth
in all regions and across our businesses.

You will report directly to our SVP & Chief Strategy Officer, and work out of
our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days a
week in the office.
