Sr. Director Strategic Planning & Execution, Life Science and Growth Verticals
About The Position
You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer for HPA and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage of HPA in high growth segments: Life Science, Power and Utilities markets. You will play a critical role in ensuring that strategic plans are not only formulated but effectively implemented to drive the organization's success and long-term growth.
