About The Position

This teammate will be responsible for partnering with various functions across the business to drive strategic planning, management process, business communications and aggregating / synthesizing information to support business processes and decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support in crafting and executing on strategic initiatives. Organize core operating efforts and drive collaboration within the Chief of Nursing organization and cross functional teams. Support internal/external communication by helping to craft and deliver key messages. Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions. Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; gather insights, monitor metrics , track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior leadership Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize results. Support in the development and improvement of a top performing operations leadership team. Work across operational, clinical and innovation teams to advance best-in-class capabilities in the market. Regularly apprise the CNO of project status and variations from schedule or scope. Strategy & Project Execution: Manages and drives strategic and Clinical initiatives in collaboration with other teams Able to structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and drive execution Develops and communicates project scope, timeline, plan, resource requirements, and assumptions Creates, implements, and drives adoption of processes and solutions to further clinical and business outcomes Communicates project status updates and needs to senior leadership; prepares, reports, an manages against targets/goals including scope, schedule, metrics, and revenue Scope, plan and execute multiple, often quick-turnaround projects with minimal assistance

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Strategy, Consulting with Project Management or a similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives within healthcare or financial operations leadership.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or graduate degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Must be comfortable researching and presenting internal and external data to help senior leaders make decisions
  • Demonstrated track record of top performance and desire to help improve our overall healthcare system.
  • Highly organized, structured working style with strong project management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Interest and curiosity in broad array of topics and issues
  • Confidence to work effectively with senior teammates
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who can work effectively with limited oversight while pushing for access and input when needed
