The Associate Director of HR Special Projects is responsible for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that advance the HR organization’s processes and operational design. This role partners closely with G&A function teams to design, implement, and optimize strategic HR enhancements and organizational initiatives. The Associate Director will drive project execution from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong HCM/HRIS technical knowledge, project management capabilities, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable HR solutions.
