About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Directs local site level logistics operations at multiple sites. Supports business development opportunities within the assigned region working with District Directors, Account Executives, and Senior Executives to bring content knowledge and competency to the opportunity. Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, and presentation skills
• Demonstrable skills in coaching, motivating, team building and training
• Ability to develop and document processes and procedures
• Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10-15 years’ experience in logistics operations
