We are seeking an experienced Sr Director of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain strategy across procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for building scalable processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring reliable delivery to support company growth. You will lead and mentor a team including logistics, purchasing, and warehouse professionals to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes. Your leadership will be critical in enabling our installation success, field support reliability, and end-to-end material flow across multiple geographies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business (Master’s preferred).
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, and procurement; with at least 5 years in a leadership role (executive-level experience strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Netsuite preferred), Microsoft Excel, and logistics software tools.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export compliance, warehouse operations, and procurement strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel 10–15% to support onsite installations and supplier visits (e.g., Indiana, Canada, Mexico).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary supply chain team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Own the supply chain strategy, aligning operations with company growth, cost targets, and service excellence.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and strategic supplier partnerships.
  • Direct logistics and fulfillment, including import/export, freight, and field service support.
  • Optimize warehouse operations for accuracy, efficiency, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting across ERP systems, providing insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery performance.
