Archer Meat Snacks—the fastest-growing jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel—is searching for a Sr. Director Sales Strategy who will architect, operationalize, and accelerate the company’s commercial growth. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will serve as the strategic engine behind Archer’s sales organization—leading the annual operating plan (AOP), developing pricing and trade architecture, guiding channel and customer strategies, and ensuring that commercial execution is aligned with brand and financial goals. This is a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role that influences Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and the Executive Leadership Team. We’re looking for a leader who blends analytical rigor with strategic clarity; someone who can see the big picture and build the systems, tools, and processes that help a fast-growing CPG company win in retail, club, mass, natural, and e-commerce channels.
