About The Position

Lasko Products, an industry leader in home-environment innovation for over a century, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Director of National Accounts & Professional Channels to lead and accelerate growth across our largest retail and professional customers. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, this executive leader will oversee Lasko’s National Account strategy across all major retail partners, while also driving growth within Hardware, Professional, B2B, and emerging white space channels. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping Lasko’s national customer strategy, building and leading a high-performing team of National Account Managers, and delivering profitable growth across the company’s most important retail and professional relationships. The Sr. Director will play a critical role in aligning Lasko’s national sales strategy with product innovation, omnichannel initiatives, and supply chain capabilities to unlock new growth opportunities across retail, specialty distribution, and professional channels. As Sr. Director of National Accounts & Professional Channels, you will lead Lasko’s national account strategy across key retail partners while driving expansion across hardware, specialty distribution, professional contractors, and emerging non-traditional retail channels. This leader will oversee a team of National Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class account management, disciplined forecasting, and strong customer relationships across Lasko’s largest customers. The role combines strategic leadership, team development, and operational execution while maintaining direct engagement with key accounts. You will also play a critical role in aligning Lasko’s specialty and professional sales strategies with our omnichannel, eCommerce, and product development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience within consumer products, durable goods, or B2B distribution
  • Proven success leading National Account teams and managing large retail customers
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and delivery of profitable revenue growth
  • Experience selling through major retail accounts, specialty distributors, hardware channels, and/or professional contractor networks
  • Strong experience in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and inventory planning
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required
