About The Position

The Sr. Director – CSP Program leads the strategy, transformation, and execution of the company’s Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. This role is responsible for aligning cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, retention, and growth of CSP customers through differentiated offerings, operational excellence, and measurable customer outcomes. The Sr. Director steers the CSP 2.0 transformation agenda, guiding the evolution of self-service capabilities, customer experience, reporting, automation, and service/product upsell. This leader collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, drives continuous improvement, and provides executive insights through robust metrics and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex programs in cloud, SaaS, or partner ecosystems
  • 4+ years in a senior management or program leadership position required
  • Skilled in strategic planning and implementation, aligning with the responsibility of developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. - Expert
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and organizational success. - Expert

Nice To Haves

  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft buying programs (CSP/NCE, EA, MCA, MPSA) strongly preferred
  • Proven experience with billing/provisioning modernization in a B2B environment preferred
  • PMP, MBA, or equivalent experience managing multi-workstream transformations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, vision, and execution for the Microsoft CSP program, ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives and competitive differentiation.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the CSP 2.0 multi-year plan, including growth targets (e.g., $1B ARR, EA-to-CSP conversions) and supporting workstreams.
  • Drive CSP program transformation, strengthening renewal and post-renewal engagement, structured upsell, and service attachment planning.
  • Manage the CSP offer lifecycle, including offer modernization, SKU’d services, and development of packaged “CSP Plus” solutions to boost program utilization and margin.
  • Direct go-to-market execution, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, and Alliances to activate field campaigns and sales plays.
  • Own CSP pricing and commercial strategy, including discount mechanics, proposal constructs, value articulation, and profitability governance.
  • Lead CSP platform modernization, including billing system migration, advanced reporting/automation, customer self-service enhancements, and operational tooling improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft CSP requirements and related operational guardrails, proactively managing program risk and security controls.
  • Foster strategic engagement with Microsoft and other stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and remove blockers to CSP growth.
  • Mentor and develop cross-functional teams, cultivating a high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, and results.
  • Prepare and present CSP program metrics and reports to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
