Job Summary This role leads enterprise marketing solutions for the Commercial Line of Business, with responsibility for developing and enhancing go-to-market offerings, shaping strategic direction, and executing value-driven marketing programs. The position oversees integrated marketing communications—including print, digital, and multimedia—to support Group lines of business. Partnering closely with DSVP, Marketing, and business unit leaders, this role translates enterprise strategy into actionable marketing plans. It also drives sales enablement initiatives by setting engagement cadence, ensuring strategic oversight of deliverables, and enabling Sales and Account teams through effective go-to-market training and execution. This is a hybrid position which requires 3 days of in office hours at the respective company location.
