About The Position

The Senior Director, ISC Operations – Building Automation (Americas) is a senior enterprise leader accountable for end-to-end operational performance supporting the Building Automation business across the Americas. This role leads manufacturing, supply chain, planning, logistics, and operational excellence to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective solutions for customers. The role serves as a key partner and integrator between plant manufacturing teams and commercial organizations, translating customer demand, growth priorities, and project commitments into reliable operational execution. This leader drives results for customers by ensuring predictable delivery, rapid response, and scalable operations that support BA growth, margin expansion, and installed-base excellence.
