By owning SHI’s hyperscaler marketing engine, this leader plays a critical role in shaping how SHI competes, differentiates, and wins in partner-led markets. The Senior Director is responsible for scaling SHI’s end-to-end marketing strategy across its most strategic hyperscaler relationships, including Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud. This role drives measurable pipeline and revenue impact through best-in-class demand generation, differentiated messaging, and high-value customer experiences across the full lifecycle—from awareness through expansion. Operating at the intersection of partner strategy, customer insight, and performance marketing, this leader translates hyperscaler priorities and SHI’s unique value into integrated programs that accelerate growth and deepen long-term partnerships. The role ensures marketing investment is data-driven, focused, and tightly aligned to business outcomes, while reinforcing SHI’s position as a trusted hyperscaler partner. As the executive owner of hyperscaler marketing, the Senior Director builds scalable operating models, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and develops high-performing teams capable of delivering consistent demand, compelling narratives, and exceptional end-to-end customer experiences. This role is central to SHI’s long-term growth strategy and its continued leadership within the hyperscaler ecosystem.
