Strong support, solid infrastructure, and real upside—both professionally and financially. The Senior Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing day-to-day foodservice operations while delivering an exceptional dining experience. This role leads and develops a team, manages client relationships, and owns the financial and operational performance of the account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience
  • Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience, including inventory and purchasing
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, presentation, and cost controls
  • P&L accountability and contract-managed services experience preferred
  • Forward-thinking, proactive leader who serves as the visible face of the company

Nice To Haves

  • ServSafe certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily foodservice operations while operating within the approved budget and maximizing value for the client
  • Ensure food quality is consistently high and exceeds expectations
  • Direct and enforce safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Develop, mentor, and grow talent across the team
  • Foster strong interdepartmental partnerships and integrate dining services into overall facility operations
  • Drive operational excellence, food cost control, and account profitability
