The leader of PMO is a senior enterprise leader responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously maturing the Project Management Office across a growth-focused organization. Reporting to the CIO, this role ensures that all capital, technology, and enterprise initiatives and change management are delivered with rigor, transparency, and alignment to strategic business objectives. The leader of PMO shall drive standardized program and project delivery methodologies across enterprise operations, Technology, and partnering corporate functions, while enabling predictable execution of complex, multi-year programs involving operations, ERP + MRP platforms, construction technology, digital and business transformation initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring that strategic business technology investments translate into operational results. The leader of PMO acts as a key integrator between strategy, execution, and value realization across the enterprise for technology, business processes, training and change management.
