As the Senior Director, Channel Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between Indirect Partners, the Channel Management team, and prospective clients. You will lead discovery sessions, design architectures, deliver compelling technical presentations/demos, educate partners, and craft responses to RFPs/RFIs. Additionally, you will represent CBTS at industry events, evangelizing the CBTS story. This role requires deep expertise in network, voice, contact center, cloud, and security solutions, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, credible solutions for organizations with 1,000+ employees.
