Requirements

  • Proven years of experience in sales, channel/alliances, marketing, or partner management, with a proven record of success.
  • Strong ability to manage and develop sales teams and partners across diverse regions.
  • Expertise in prioritizing and executing strategic plans.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 40%+ of the time to meet partners and attend events.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with security, networking, and enterprise software management solutions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and partner relationship management tools.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the VP of North America Channel Sales and lead a quota-carrying channel sales team with direct reports by area.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and partners in your region.
  • Develop and execute Territory Segment Plans and business strategies with strategic sales partners, sharing progress quarterly.
  • Oversee partner sales growth, enablement, and engagement to achieve revenue and product targets.
  • Work closely with reseller partner sales teams to meet sales goals and publish monthly performance reports.
  • Lead co-sales/marketing programs, events, and partner collateral development.
  • Create partner incentive plans to align with company goals and drive performance.
  • Measure and report partner activity and revenue performance to business leaders monthly/quarterly.
