TrendMicro.com Position Summary: The Sr. Director of Alliances & Services will lead Trend Micro’s U.S. strategy for strategic alliances, technology partnerships, and professional services. This executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth through ecosystem partnerships, expanding service offerings, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. The Sr. Director will influence executive stakeholders, develop joint business plans, and oversee a team focused on partner success and service delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategic alliances, channel leadership, or professional services roles within cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Proven success in building large-scale partnerships and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills at the executive level.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, cybersecurity solutions, and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the U.S. alliances and services strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive growth through strategic partnerships with technology vendors, cloud providers, and service integrators.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key alliance partners (e.g., hyperscalers, ISVs, MSSPs).
  • Negotiate and manage strategic agreements to maximize joint revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee professional services strategy, including consulting, implementation, and managed services.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across all service engagements.
  • Own P&L for alliances and services; set and achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on priorities.
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market programs with alliance partners.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of alliance managers and service leaders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to ensure measurable ROI.
